Welcome to Trainelior (the "Site"), located at trainelior.site. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Leadership and Performance Training Services

2.1 Live and Virtual Sessions

Trainelior offers interactive sessions designed to enhance leadership skills and team performance. All sessions are subject to scheduling availability.

2.2 Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request a session date change up to 48 hours in advance. Requests received later may not be accommodated.

3. Online Courses and Digital Materials

Our infoproducts include self-paced courses, workbooks, and webinar access. Access is granted upon full payment.

4. Physical Products

Trainelior merchandise such as books or kits is shipped from our Ottawa office. Shipping timelines vary by location.

5. Refund Policy

Trainelior provides a clear refund structure according to service type:

5.1 Training Services

Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 7 days are not eligible for a refund. A session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost if requested no later than 48 hours before the session.

5.2 Online Courses and Digital Materials

Refunds for digital access are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of course content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact our team with proof of minimal access.

5.3 Physical Products

Defective items may be replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a replacement or a refund, contact support with a photo of the defect. Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trainelior is not responsible for indirect or incidental issues arising from the use of our offerings. Our maximum liability is limited to the payment made by the client for the specific offering.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration in Ottawa.
